AST Guidance from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation

This website is a resource for heating fuel delivery drivers, as well as tank installers and inspectors. It is a collaboration between the Vermont Fuel Dealers Association (VFDA) and the Heating & Cooling Contractors of Vermont (HCCV) with assistance from the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA) and the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR).
